Package 1: The DIY email service
We will create your own branded HTML email template and train you on our easy email system.
Then off you go!

Package 2: The complete managed email service
If you are short of time – or are not very technically minded – we will handle everything for you.
Stage 1 - Set-up
We will create your branded HTML email template and discuss your marketing objectives in order to maximise the results of your emails. We can also advise on the purchase or creation of email lists if you do not have your own database.

Stage 2 – On-going monthly emails
Creation
Each month we will research and write your email for you (from topics agreed beforehand) and then send them out.
Review
Once the emails have been despatched we will give you all the statistics i.e. how many people have opened your email, what time they opened them, any bounces (incorrect email addresses) and details of anyone who has unsubscribed.
We can even tell you who has ‘clicked through’ to a page on your website or to a specific landing page or video or microsite so you can identify ‘hot prospects’ or up-sell opportunities.
Revise
From this data we will then make any necessary amendments to the day, date or time of day that your emails are sent out.
Optimise
Through this system we will ensure that your email campaigns are optimised for maximum return on your investment, on an on-going basis.
